Overview In pavement repair work, one side of the 6-meter-wide road was controlled by the color cone, and the 0.25-cubic meter-backhoe was moving backward to remove the lateral groove. When the worker was arranging the color cones which had been put disorderly and were nearly blocking the backhoe, his right foot was run over by the caterpillar of the backhoe.
